Maryam Dehnadi

Maryam Dehnadi (she/her) is grateful to live and work on the unceded, traditional, and ancestral lands of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. She is an Engagement and Evaluation Analyst with the Innovation Support Unit. Maryam’s Public Health studies and diverse community work have deepened her commitment to making healthcare accessible for all community members. She brings experience in qualitative research and analysis, needs assessment, and person-centered care. Maryam is interested in exploring how the concept of intersectionality influences interactions between individuals and populations within the health system and how to leverage this approach to improve the accessibility of primary care services.
